We are looking for an experienced, passionate Spa Manager to lead our team at Norwegian Spa & B&B. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling, coordinate client experiences, and help grow our wellness community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations and staff coordination
- Manage client bookings, inquiries, and guest experience
- Handle inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Support marketing efforts and community outreach
- Ensure a warm, professional, and healing environment
Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting — preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for holistic health and wellness
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
On-site training seminars are held right here at the spa — no need to travel.
