This is a Private Spa, with Our Family BnB close proximity of each other. We also have many Local Business partners. The Premise it sits along the scenic Delaware river, Historic canal & towpath- walking, biking, you May Rent our Kayaks,Tubes, Cross Country Skies, Bikes,all on premise available with deposit.( We make Picnic Baskets there awesome! If you have Dietary Restrictions we got that too.)1hr.15 New York city.35 Min skiing lodges.35 min Pocono mountains and shopping outlets. Can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. Additional guest in your same room will be $25. Cleaning Fee Per Room is $25. Price $190-$580 Per Room Per night. Bed Room, Dining/Coffee Bar. Kitchen Privileges. Lunches and Dinners, BnB location may differ accordingly. Picnic baskets here are extra. Wonderful restaurants and drinkery's in our area.

Service Policy

Please Read We Have Strict Polices in place, Not to punish you but to ensure that we provide the best service we can for each client and respect for our staff.

Please note with most all vouchers or gift certificates you have a tax and gratuity fee included in the given price , unless otherwise stated. Coupon or Gift Certificate expire after 1 year but were are lenient to a point.

Appointments
All services are provided by appointment only.

Cancellations
Please provide 12-24 hour cancellation notice. Last minute cancellations will fall under our late/no show specifications. We are lenient we just get upset with repeat offenders, ;)
We have Staff that have fixed appointments and a client waiting list a mile long with Clients that need and want to get in here, so it is NOT acceptable to not call ahead of time also we may fill your slot. In case you don't understand : I still Prepared for you, have to pay someone that was here to perform your service,
Whether you show up or not it is very disrespectful. This is not always in force of course, but it is a policy .

Late/No Show
We do not have a special dept. to call for reminders we expect you to keep your own calender for appointments.
Please be on time. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late without a call you will be considered a no call no show.
This means your appointment slot will be forfeited and you will be charged or voucher will be marked as used for the service that was scheduled.
This SPA is not run like a doctors office, I do not want my next client who follows a schedule or may have other appointments to have to wait because of someone being late. that said, we are lenient because we have a half hour between each client.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at time of service with some form of identification. There are no refunds for gift certificates. Understand that it is up to the discretion of the owner to refund the 'purchaser of the certificate. Gifts certificates or any voucher from spa must be used within one year . You must call the spa if you'd like to re-gift any certificates.

Gratuity
On most services gratuity is already included in the price . We charge an 18% . You are welcome to leave more.

Servicing
We understand you may have a favorite spa associate and we will always guarantee great service at every appointment but it is up to the discretion of the owner to decide which associate will be at your service based on who is available.
